Job Description: Clergy Tax Resolution is unlike any other business you have worked for before. We are a fast-paced, technology progressive tax resolution firm with two locations on the west and east coasts.
We are looking for experienced tax resolution professionals who would like to operate as an independent contractors as well as those seeking part-time and full-time employment as a Form W2 employee.

Qualifications:
- Experience representing taxpayers before the IRS, specific to compliance and collections
- Show initiative and leadership capabilities
- Candidates must be licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS (Attorney or Enrolled Agent)
- A competitive and tenacious spirit with a sense of professional and personal accountability
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and research skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and stringent deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent in Pitbulltax and Microsoft Office products
What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing, preparing, and negotiating cases on behalf of taxpayers facing IRS collections and compliance issues.
- Represent taxpayers on tax resolution matters through negotiations with the IRS, and state taxing authorities; including but not limited to submitting and negotiating IRS Offers in Compromise, Innocent Spouse requests, Penalty Abatement requests, Installment Agreement Set-Ups, defense of seizure actions, Appeals, and more.
- Oversight of cases through conclusion.
